1. Overview

Praedis Group LLC, doing business as TrueBlue Hunterdon Pool Care (“TrueBlue,” “we,” “us”), is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use our website at hunterdonpools.com or book a service with us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

• Request a quote - name, phone number, email address, service address, pool details.
• Book a service - all of the above, plus the date and time of your appointment.
• Save a payment method - your card is processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

We may also collect limited technical data automatically (e.g., browser type, pages visited, IP address) through standard web server logs, our own site analytics, and the advertising measurement tools described in section 7.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule and fulfill the pool services you book.
• Send you booking confirmations, quotes, and service-related communications.
• Process payments for completed services.
• Respond to your questions or service requests.
• Improve our website and service offerings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our business:

• Stripe, Inc. - payment processing, card storage, and fraud prevention. Stripe sets its own cookies when a payment form loads (see section 7). Your card data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend - transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, quotes).
• Twilio, Inc. - SMS message delivery for the messaging program described in section 5. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel - website hosting and infrastructure.
• Google (Google Ads, reCAPTCHA, Maps) - advertising conversion measurement, spam protection on our forms, and address lookup. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. - advertising measurement (Meta pixel). See Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic - powers the website chat assistant. Chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies; do not share card numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.

Each of these providers is contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for purposes beyond providing services to us.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

We operate a single transactional text messaging program through our SMS provider, Twilio. Consent to receive text messages from TrueBlue is not required to book or receive any service from us.

SMS opt-in data — no sharing. We will not share, sell, rent, or transfer your SMS opt-in data, mobile phone number, or any data collected through our SMS program to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the transactional messages described below through Twilio.

Service notifications. Our text-messaging program is fully opt-in. On every booking or quote form on hunterdonpools.com, a dedicated SMS-consent checkbox appears next to the phone field — unchecked by default and separate from any Terms of Service or Privacy Policy agreement. Only if you affirmatively tick that checkbox do we enroll your number to receive transactional text messages tied to your service request: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician on-the-way alerts, and post-service report links. Booking is never gated on opting in.

You may also opt in after the fact: by clicking a one-time link our staff can email you to hunterdonpools.com/text-updates, or by texting JOIN, START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to our number from a phone we already have on file. All three paths converge on the same account-notification campaign with the same disclosure.

We record the timestamp and IP address of each opt-in. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message; reply HELP for help, or call (908) 455-8128. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule (typically 1–4 messages per scheduled visit).

6. Data Retention

We retain your booking and contact information for as long as necessary to provide services to you and to comply with our legal obligations. If you would like your information deleted, please contact us at the address below and we will honor your request within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

7. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Measurement

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. They fall into two groups:

• Essential. Required for the site to work: sign-in sessions for the Pool Portal and staff tools, the reCAPTCHA spam check on our forms, the record of your cookie choice, and cookies set by Stripe on our booking and payment pages (for example __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) that Stripe uses for fraud prevention and to keep your card session secure. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics and advertising measurement. The Google Ads tag and the Meta (Facebook) pixel tell us whether visitors who saw one of our ads went on to request a quote or book, so we can measure what our advertising is doing. We also keep a first-party, anonymous visitor ID in your browser to count page views on our own site. None of this identifies you by name, and we do not sell or share this data for anyone else's marketing.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept the analytics and advertising cookies. If you decline, Google Consent Mode is set to “denied,” the Meta pixel is revoked, and our own visitor counter is turned off. The site works exactly the same either way. You can change your choice here at any time:

You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta's ad settings in your Facebook account.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal obligations.
• Opt out of any non-essential communications at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
