Three ways we keep your equipment running

Diagnostic visits

On-site troubleshooting for anything misbehaving: no flow, low pressure, leaks, salt-cell errors, tripping breakers, loud motors. You get a written estimate with parts and labor clearly broken out.

Repairs

Unions, valves, o-rings, fittings, plumbing, seals, impellers, multiport gaskets, chlorinator caps, salt-cell replacements — the day-to-day fixes that keep an older pad running another season.

New equipment installations

Pumps, filters, saltwater generators, chlorinators, and timers. We match the right equipment to your pool, install it cleanly on the pad, and walk you through how it works before we leave.

Most jobs fall into one of these buckets

Four simple steps

1
Request a diagnostic visit

Tell us what is going on — even a short description like "pump is loud, low pressure, losing prime" is enough to get us on site with the right parts on the truck.

2
On-site diagnostic

A tech inspects the equipment pad, verifies the issue, and documents the root cause. Standard diagnostic is a flat fee; extended diagnostics apply only for deeper troubleshooting (complex electrical, multiple overlapping issues).

3
Written estimate

You get a written estimate with parts, labor, and any warranty or haul-away details broken out before any repair work starts. Your diagnostic fee is credited toward approved repair or install work.

4
Repair or installation

Once you approve, we order parts as needed and schedule the work. For most in-stock repairs we can complete the job same-day or within a week. Larger installs are scheduled to match parts availability and your calendar.

A few honest notes before we start

  • Pre-visit quotes are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after we see the equipment.
  • Parts and materials are billed separately unless the quote explicitly includes them.
  • Electrical, gas, heater, underground plumbing, and major structural work may require a licensed specialist and will be referred out when appropriate.
  • Diagnostic fees are credited toward approved repair or installation work on the same visit. If the work is declined, the diagnostic fee stands as the charge for our time.

The people behind your pool care

“We started TrueBlue because we believe your pool should be the best part of summer, not the stressful part. You deal with us directly, every time.”

Common questions

Do you repair heaters or gas lines?

Gas heaters, gas lines, and underground plumbing are specialist trades. We will diagnose the symptom, give you an honest read, and refer you to a licensed gas or electrical contractor when that is the right call. Electric heat pumps and surface-level heater plumbing we can often handle directly.

Is the diagnostic fee refunded if I do the repair with you?

Yes — the diagnostic fee is credited toward approved repair or installation work done on the same visit. If you decline the work, the diagnostic fee stands as the charge for our time and the written estimate you keep.

Do you supply parts or do I buy them?

Both options are available. Most customers prefer we supply parts because it keeps the warranty clean and avoids a second trip. Parts are billed at our cost plus a standard markup, which is spelled out in the written estimate.

What warranty do you offer on repairs and installs?

Labor is warrantied for 30 days on repairs and 90 days on new-equipment installations. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer warranty, which we register for you when applicable.

How fast can you come out?

Most diagnostic visits can be scheduled within a few business days. Emergency circulation or leak issues get prioritized when we have capacity — mention the urgency when you request the visit.

Do you work on commercial or HOA pools?

We focus on residential pools in Hunterdon County and immediate surrounding areas. For commercial or HOA work, we can usually refer you to a trusted local specialist.
