Common questions

Are chemicals really included?

Standard chemical doses (chlorine, shock, pH adjusters, alkalinity, calcium hardness, seasonal stabilizer top-off) are included in the weekly price at normal usage levels. Specialty chemicals (algaecide, pool salt, flocculant, stain & metal sequestrants, phosphate removers, enzymes, etc.) and extra doses for pools with chemical demand beyond normal levels are billed separately at our standard rate. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Month-to-month service. Weekly service is billed monthly based on 4 scheduled visits. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Get a free quote to see your price.

Do I need to be home for each visit?

Not at all. As long as we have access to the pool area, we handle everything while you are away. You will get a digital report after every visit so you always know what was done.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

Light rain does not affect service. If severe weather prevents us from coming, we will reschedule to the next available day that same week.

What if my pool is in poor condition when I start?

Pools with excessive debris, algae, or imbalanced water may require additional service visits and/or chemicals at an additional cost. Pool clarity and full water balance may take multiple visits depending on starting condition.

Are there ever additional charges?

Standard chemical doses are included. Extra doses for chemical demand beyond normal levels may incur additional charges. All pool systems must be operational and accessible at time of service. Additional charges may apply if service is delayed due to access or equipment issues.
