Every customer gets a private Pool Portal. It is the permanent record of your pool: every visit we have made, every water test, how the water has trended, and your billing. Everything about your pool lives in one place, ready whenever you want to look back.
Your price covers the work and the standard chemicals that go with it. Weekly maintenance, openings, and closings all include standard chemical doses at normal usage levels.

Pools with chemical demand consistently beyond normal levels (heavy bather load, failing equipment, leaks, undetected algae, etc.) may be billed for extra doses of standard chemicals at our standard rate. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Every TrueBlue account runs on a card securely on file, and that is the whole system. You set it up once at booking, and billing takes care of itself all season.
Every TrueBlue service has one flat rate, published before we ever ask for your contact info. The price you book is the price you pay, with no unexpected fees and no unnecessary add-ons.
