Quick check-ins between regular service

Between maintenance visits

Need a mid-week balance check? We will fit you in.

After a party or heavy use

Bather load throws chemistry off fast. Reset before the next swim.

After a storm or rainfall

Rain dilutes chlorine and shifts pH. We will rebalance and shock if needed.

Cloudy or off-color water

Catch it early before it turns into a green-pool recovery.

After adding water

Refilling shifts every reading. We will get it dialed back in.

Just because

If something feels off, get a real reading instead of guessing with strips.

Common questions

Is the $80 the total price?

Yes. Flat $80 covers the visit, the lab-grade water test, and standard balancing chemical doses at normal usage levels. The only time you would pay more is if your pool needs a specialty chemical (algaecide, pool salt, flocculant, stain treatment, etc.) that we use during the visit, which is billed at our standard rate.

How is this different from your weekly maintenance?

Weekly maintenance is a recurring full service: skimming, vacuuming, brushing, equipment check, plus testing and balancing every visit. Water Testing & Balancing is a single, on-demand visit focused only on the chemistry, with no cleaning steps. Best for one-off checks between weekly visits, after big events, or for pools you maintain yourself.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we have access to the pool and the equipment pad, we will handle it. The digital report goes straight to your inbox.

What if my readings show I need more than balancing?

If the test reveals an issue beyond simple balancing (algae bloom, equipment problem, very hard or very soft water), we will tell you what we found, what it would take to fix, and quote any follow-up work like a Green to Clean or a repair visit. No pressure, no upselling.

Can I book this regularly instead of weekly service?

You can. Some homeowners who handle their own skimming and vacuuming book a Water Test every 2 to 3 weeks just for chemistry. For full pool care that includes cleaning, weekly or bi-weekly maintenance is the better fit.
